Spelling, Scores, and the Elementary Little Warrior Triathlon

The elementary department had a hopping spring! Students were excited to represent Berean at the ACSI Spelling Bee hosted at Central Christian School in Hutchinson. The following students participated:

5th Grade: Samira Busenitz, Bess Cusick, Beretta Gaudern, Lizzy Kurtz

6th Grade: Avery Deck, Emily Deck, Esther Quick

7th Grade: Emma Cusick, Joel Deck, Teyla Thornburg, Will Winzer

8th Grade: Luke Tipton, Finley Walter

Congratulations to Finley Walter for earning 2nd place and to Bess Cusick for earning 5th place overall!

Elementary testing week was also a great success. Congratulations to both students and teachers for achieving some of the highest scores Berean has seen.

For field day, the school hosted its first-ever Little Warrior Triathlon. A special thank you to Emilee Stucky for leading the event. The racing, biking, and water wars made for a fun and memorable day for all!
