Tad Nuce Ed. D.
Head of School, Principal K - 4th Grade

Dr. Nuce earned his teaching degree in social sciences at Southwestern College, a master’s in Christian school administration from Clark’s Summit University in Pennsylvania, and a doctorate in educational leadership from Bob Jones University. He has served over 25 years in Christian education as an educator and administrator, including 17 years with New Tribes Mission in Brazil and Mexico.


Dr. Nuce is originally from rural Butler County and has been married to his wife Deanna for 28 years. They have four children, three of which are out of the home and married, and one grandson. In his free time, he enjoys reading about history, especially the civil war era, and following all kinds of sports.


Steve Bowers
Principal 5th - 12th Grade

Mr. Bowers earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and physical education from Calvary Bible College. He earned a master’s in education administration and leadership from Baptist Bible College. He has served 26 years in Christian education and administration.


In his spare time, Mr. Bowers enjoys spending time with his wife, Stacie. They have three grown sons. He enjoys golf and all sports. He enjoys cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals (and now the KC Royals) and the Kansas City Chiefs!
