On Wednesday, April 3, Berean hosted the HOA League Art Festival. Twelve schools participated and brought over 200 students to our campus. Each school could bring 20 students and 50 pieces of art.
After the projects were displayed in the high school gym, the students attended two classes of their choice taught by Berean alumni, parents, teachers, and friends. The classes included photography, leather, clay, watercolor, acrylic, collage, cardboard sculpture, lettering, and printmaking. They did a fantastic job!
After lunch, the students returned to the gym to hear the critiques and comments from the Tabor College judges. Overall, Berean students placed very well. It was a great day that everyone seemed to enjoy!
